Unfortunately, tickets to Moominworld cannot be refunded.

However, you can visit at a different time than originally booked. Easily modify your reservations in advance. Detailed instructions for changes are provided when purchasing tickets. Please note, however, that redeemed tickets must be used during the summer season of 2025. You are also free to gift your tickets to friends and acquaintances if you are unable to visit.
