Unfortunately, tickets to Moominworld cannot be refunded. However, you can still visit at a different time from the original dates of your tickets. You don't need to change the dates of your tickets separately. Please note, though, that the redeemed tickets must be used during the summer season of 2024. You are also free to pass the tickets on to friends and acquaintances if your own visit is prevented.
