DOUBLE PAYMENT OR PRE-AUTHORIZATION?

If your payment has been charged twice, please double-check whether it is a direct debit or a pre-authorization. If it is a pre-authorization and you need more detailed information, please contact your bank. 

Double charging – charged multiple times from the account: If the payment has been debited from your account multiple times, please send us the receipts of the transactions to toimisto@muumimaailma.fi along with the last four digits and the expiration date of the payment card used for the transaction.
