A paying customer with an individual need for support due to a disability can have their assistant enter the park for free and accompany them on rides and attractions without charge. The person with a disability can demonstrate their need for an assistant using the EU Disability Card (marked with an A indicating the need for assistance) or any other document or proof. The park also grants assistant permits on a case-by-case basis. The condition for an assistant permit is that the person being assisted has paid for their admission ticket, wristband, or holds another valid entry ticket. Assistant permits are generally issued for only one assistant per person needing assistance. The assistant should typically be of legal age, although minors can also act as assistants based on individual consideration. The assistant must be capable of providing actual assistance.
