Accessibility and various restrictions have been taken into account at Moominworld. An assistant can enter for free with a disability card marked with the letter A or an equivalent card. Guide dogs are also warmly welcomed.

Although Moominworld has a lot of forests and hills, there are boardwalks and wide pathways constructed, allowing wheelchair users to move around easily. Please note that it might not be possible to access all attractions with a wheelchair, as the terrain is hilly, and some inclines can be steep. Moomin House is not wheelchair accessible. Visitors enter Moomin World via a bridge equipped with a ramp. Depending on the water level, the ramp can be steep, and assistance might be required for wheelchair users on the bridge ramps. There are two accessible restrooms in Moominworld: one in Mamman's Kitchen restaurant and another next to Theater Emma.
